2018 Mission Beaver
In March 2018 we did took our Beavers to the Kingswood centre in Conisborough, where South Yorkshire scouts had organised a “Mission Beaver” which attracted 300+ Beavers and 100 or so leaders from the county. The snow came down and it came down hard, so some of our more adventurous activities such as being pushed down a zip wire with a blindfold on (AKA – the nightline) weren’t able to go ahead.
But fun was had by all and here’s a photo from the last day to prove it.
Hallam Trophy win 2018
We had two teams in the Hallam Trophy competition on Saturday 10/03/2018, and one of our teams won.
Well Done to George, Ben, Joseph, Jacob and Edward.
Also well done to our second team of Ewan, Jack, Laurie and Matt.
Summer Camp 2017
The Summer camp is the highlight of the scout calendar, and in 2017 it took place in Kent.
